Julie draws from 35 years experience as a Massage Therapist, Holistic Esthetician and Energy Medicine Practitioner. Her approach to massage is technical and highly intuitive, with the intention of finding balance between correction and relaxation. She does so by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, the body's states of rest and rejuvenation. Using rhythmic strokes, with intuitive hands and her knowledge of anatomy she is able to address chronic tension and problem areas. She is the perfect therapist if you are looking to relax while getting the knots out. As a Holistic Esthetician her focus is on preserving and promoting healthy skin. She does not believe in damaging the skin for short-term results, she believes in optimizing skin health to slow aging long-term. As an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Julie utilizes Reiki and Biofield Tuning. Julie loves to educate people on vibration and sound waves as a healing modality and to help people relax and reset their nervous system.Julie says "my commitment is to use my gifts and talents to serve others, to intentionally be a source of positivity and light to everyone that comes my way, hoping that they will pass this light to others".
