Julie is a native of Grafton, MA and has been recognized as Best of Worcester Massage Therapist in 2015, 2016, and 2017. She is humbled to help her clients through the power of healing touch, organic skincare, and positivity. In addition to being called to this important work, Julie finds joy in her family and spending time in the garden, meditating, reading, and enjoying the outdoors. A graduate of Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, Julie specializes in promoting wellbeing through massage, facials, and organic skincare.
Marissa came to Truth with fifteen years of experience in business administration having worked in the Corporate, Higher Education and Non-Profit sectors but her passion has always been with Health and Wellness. She loves that her role as Operations Manager allows her to align her background and skills with a heart-centered, earth-conscious and holistic-minded small-business! She has a Bachelor or Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Assumption College. She completed her 200hr yoga teacher training with MetroWest Yoga in 2015 and is a certified JourneyDance™ Guide through Toni Bergins of Kripalu Institute. She has facilitated movement classes at the HeartWell Institute in Worcester, MA and the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York.
Suzanne Doiron is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years experience helping others cope and heal from life's most difficult challenges. She has been traditionally trained as a social worker and has spent the last 15 years immersing in energy healing practices. She is a certified Emotion Code practitioner, Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and practices Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping). As a holistic healer, Suzanne's focus is on you as a whole person, body, mind and spirit.
Jen has a passion for educating her clients about holistic health and wellness. As an Esthetician and Massage Therapist, as well as a background in Nutrition, Jen specializes in healing the body and skin from the inside out. She is also an Esthetic Instructor at Spa Tech Institute in Westborough, MA, where she has the honor to share her talent and knowledge to mentor future Estheticians. When not at work, Jen loves spending quality time with her family, including her husband Jason and two beautiful children.
Melissa is a Licensed Massage Therapist whose passion is helping to relieve stress and transform pain. She is a graduate of Salter School and specializes in working with athletes, injuries, chronic pain, prenatal & post-partum clients and Deep Tissue Massage. When Melissa isn't at the spa she can be found chasing after her two adorable twin toddlers!
Jeanne Coleman is a nationally certified and licensed massage therapist. Since graduating from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA, Jeanne has immersed herself in the study of Thai massage both in the U.S. and in Thailand, where she has made annual trips since 2004. Jeanne has studied with many of the most world renowned Thai massage schools and masters.
Melissa’s light touch, warm smile, and calming energy help her clients relax and heal. As a massage therapist and an esthetician, she is constantly learning and always strives to provide a comfortable, safe environment for her clients. When she isn’t at the spa, Melissa enjoys cooking, being creative, and spending time in nature with her family. She is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute.
Lori is a dedicated massage therapists who uses the power of touch to help her clients feel their best. She is a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and Upledger Institute and specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, and craniosacral massage.
Joanne loves helping people look and feel amazing. She specializes in massage therapy and esthetics. When she isn’t at the spa, she enjoys reading, traveling, knitting, kayaking, and trying new restaurants. Joanne is a graduate of Central Mass School of Massage Therapy and Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage Therapy.
Emma is down to earth, open minded and loves to make her clients feel relaxed with her gentle touch and positive healing energy. She enjoys finding natural organic ways to heal the skin and body. She’s a massage therapist and esthetician that takes the extra steps to make her clients feel safe, comfortable, and confident in their skin. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with animals, going on walks, and practicing yoga.
Julie is a certified Reiki Master and Teacher. She began her practice in 2016 under world-renowned Reiki Master and pioneer, Libby Barnett, who helped introduce reiki into modern healthcare. Julie loves creating a caring, positive, peaceful environment for her clients. She enjoys working with people of all ages and has a special interest in helping clients reduce anxiety. She is grateful to be able to help people relieve their stress and tension through the gentle practice of Reiki.
Michelle is a resident of Grafton and has been a Reiki practitioner since 2015. She allows universal energy to flow through her to help balance and heal her clients physically, mentally and emotionally. Jodi Briggs, former owner of Yoga on the Common, will make you love yoga and more importantly love yourself! Jodi was blessed to train with incredibly inspirational and life-changing teachers, Johnny Gillespie from Balanced Athlete and Diane Hoschet and Shawn Drohan Shaw at Metro West Yoga. Jodi‘s focus as a teacher is to help you cut out everything that’s not serving you. She encourages you to release negativity built up in your body and mind, allowing for newness to flourish in it's place. Jodi is a believer that yoga is for everybody; it makes you happy, it helps you to relax, to walk better, to talk better, and to be better-from the inside out! She invites you to give yoga a try!
Sue Howard is a recently certified Kripalu 200 hour yoga teacher and has been a registered nurse for 26 years. She has been practicing yoga regularly since 2012. She started the practice as a way to cope with job stress, and found that yoga is truly life changing off the mat. Learning to calm your nervous system is so handy in today's fast paced world, breath-work can be practiced in traffic, body scanning can be done to help you to relax before sleep. Sue wants to share her love of yoga with those who are curious about how this practice can change their lives.
Sharon Hunter Mathews, LMHC, has been a certified yoga instructor since 1996. She has taught at hospitals, senior centers, corporate locations throughout MA and RI, schools, and local areas. She also is a therapist with a private counseling office in Grafton, working with teens and adults. She has taught stress reduction, meditation and mindfulness courses throughout the area, as well.
Nikole McLeod is a dedicated student and teacher of yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Her focus is on bringing a calming balance to the body, mind, and spirit through the breath. Nikole’s classes incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and opportunities for exploration to find your personal edge by including an array of modifications for all levels. She encourages open-minded and compassionate awareness of oneself, and believes that the experiences yogis have on the mat are the foundation for living their best life. Nikole resides in North Scituate, RI, and when not practicing yoga, she can be found exploring and hiking or cuddling with her 3 rescue pups!
Liz Reilly is 200-hour yoga certified teacher through the UdaGuru Studio in Providence, Rhode Island as well as an English and History Teacher. Her teaching experiences include Vinyasa-style yoga classes, Chakra-cleansing classes, and Mommy and Me Yoga classes in Rhode Island and Massachusetts since 2016. Liz’s approach gently allows practitioners to clear their minds through a combination of breath, movement, and stillness—but also provides room for freedom, creativity, and fun. Liz views yoga as an important way to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle; and also a practice in enjoying the present moment, finding joy, and maintaining balance between loving others and ourselves.
Nicolina Sabatini, former owner of Nicolina's Boutique in Westborough, has been practicing yoga for over 35 years and was certified through MetroWest Yoga with Shawn Shaw in 2008. Yoga has been instrumental in helping her through some of life's worst times- divorce, death, illness and loss. Nicolina specializes in gentle yoga offering a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, supported and relaxing practice.
