Julie is a native of Grafton, MA and has been recognized as Best of Worcester Massage Therapist in 2015, 2016, and 2017. She is humbled to help her clients through the power of healing touch, organic skincare, and positivity. In addition to being called to this important work, Julie finds joy in her family and spending time in the garden, meditating, reading, and enjoying the outdoors. A graduate of Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, Julie specializes in promoting wellbeing through massage, facials, and organic skincare.
Marissa came to Truth with fifteen years of experience in business administration having worked in the Corporate, Higher Education and Non-Profit sectors but her passion has always been with Health and Wellness. She loves that her role as Operations Manager allows her to align her background and skills with a heart-centered, earth-conscious and holistic-minded small-business! She has a Bachelor or Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Assumption College. She completed her 200hr yoga teacher training with MetroWest Yoga in 2015 and is a certified JourneyDance™ Guide through Toni Bergins of Kripalu Institute. She has facilitated movement classes at the HeartWell Institute in Worcester, MA and the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York.
Suzanne Doiron is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years experience helping others cope and heal from life's most difficult challenges. She has been traditionally trained as a social worker and has spent the last 15 years immersing in energy healing practices. She is a certified Emotion Code practitioner, Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and practices Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping). Elissa holds a Master’s Degree in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and has been helping people improve their lives since 2010. Melissa is a Licensed Massage Therapist and recent Esthetics school graduate whose passion is helping to relieve stress and transform pain. She is a graduate of Salter School of Massage Therapy and Spa Tech Institute Esthetician Program, specializing in working with athletes, injuries, chronic pain, prenatal & post-partum clients and Deep Tissue Massage. When Melissa isn't at the spa she can be found chasing after her two adorable twin toddlers!
Wendy is a devoted massage therapist, aesthetician and polarity practitioner that graduated from Spa Tech Institute and went back as an instructor there, too. She delights in being a part of each persons holistic wellness journey and is grateful to share any knowledge that may assist them on their path. When not working, she is spending her time with family, reading, gardening or just connecting with nature.
Jeanne Coleman is a nationally certified and licensed massage therapist. Since graduating from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA, Jeanne has immersed herself in the study of Thai massage both in the U.S. and in Thailand, where she has made annual trips since 2004. Jeanne has studied with many of the most world renowned Thai massage schools and masters. Jeanne feels that this ancient form of healing is truly a sacred gift and is transforming for both giver and receiver. She loves to share Thai massage with others whether it be through giving massage treatments, through teaching, and/or introducing people to amazing and fascinating Thailand, the “land of smiles."
Zoey's main focus is to instill complete clarity & relaxation not only within the physical body, but the emotional and energetic systems as well. As an esthetician and massage therapist, she strives to bring complete holistic health and wellness to her clients. Zoey is also certified in a multitude of energy work practices; including level 2 Reiki and advanced polarity therapy. She is working towards her Bachelors in Psychology with a concentration in mental health as well as addiction counseling. Caroline is a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage and is currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. Since 2005, she has been working full time in the massage field in sports medicine, spa and wellness settings and even owned her own practice from 2007-2018. An avid learner, she has completed 200 hr. IYTT (Integrative Yoga Therapy Training), Oncology Massage with Tracy Walton, Myofascial I & II with Howard Rontal, Repetitive Use Therapy with Michael Young, Thai Level I with Jeanne Coleman, Body Reading with Tom Myers (Author of Anatomy Trains) and Pain Relief Clinic with Eric Dalton. Beyond providing physical relief, Caroline loves reminding people of the body, mind, spirit connection through her treatments. She believes that incorporating breath-work, guided imagery or an essential oils can provide relief and balance to the body and are just as important as massage techniques she applies. She loves kayaking, hiking (especially to waterfalls,) being in on or around the ocean, and her kitty Behbae.
Terry is a heart-centered practitioner with twenty years of experience in the healing arts. She provides a peaceful, safe, and relaxed environment that supports the client’s own natural healing process. Using integrated modalities she listens to clients and guides them to connect to their inner wisdom in order to release blocked energy and unexpressed emotions. Terry graduated from an accredited three-year Energy Medicine school. In her free time, Terry enjoys meditation, playing crystal bowls, and walking in nature.
Lori is a dedicated massage therapists who uses the power of touch to help her clients feel their best. Joanne loves helping people look and feel amazing. With over twenty years experience in the field, she specializes in massage therapy and esthetics. When she isn’t at the spa, she enjoys reading, traveling, knitting, kayaking, trying new restaurants and spending time with her wonderful grandson. Joanne is a graduate of Central Mass School of Massage Therapy and Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage Therapy.
Angela is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in acute and chronic Deep Tissue pathologies. Her methods include myofascial, trigger point and cupping. She also enjoys Swedish Massage and Pregnancy Massage. She is trained with Reiki 2 and believes that adding energy work to bodywork sessions is the perfect balance. Angela spends her free time with family, gardening, meditation and mindfulness. She is a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage.

Shannon graduated from The Massage Institute of New England in 2000 with a certificate in massage therapy and holistic therapy. With over 20 years of continuing education and hands on experience spanning from medical facilities to the more relaxed spa settings she has helped her clients navigate pain management with a mind body approach. Her modalities include Swedish, Deep Swedish, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Sports Injury Rehabilitation and Reflexology. She finds constant inspiration from being in nature and expressing creativity through art while spending time with her amazing daughter and boxer puppy.
Emma is down to earth, open minded and loves to make her clients feel relaxed with her gentle touch and positive healing energy. She enjoys finding natural organic ways to heal the skin and body. She’s a massage therapist and esthetician that takes the extra steps to make her clients feel safe, comfortable, and confident in their skin. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with animals, going on walks, and practicing yoga.
Christina has 15 years of practice and experience in the craft of massage therapy as well as energy work. Her expertise includes deep tissue and Swedish massage, polarity, oncology and prenatal massage, craniosacral therapy, hot stone and reflexology. She is adept at catering to individuals with special circumstances such as pregnancy, developmental disabilities, communication disorders, and cancer. Because of her holistic and therapeutic approach, a bodywork session from Christina will focus on wellness from the inside out, working with the body's own natural rhythms and seeking progress by encouraging deep healing with body work, breath work and an energetic connection. Her bubbly personality and down to earth, caring attitude will make you feel relaxed the moment you meet her. Nicole's background in herbalism, Ayurveda, intuitive energy work, and yoga informs her passion for healing and she loves to get the pressure just right for every client. Nicole believes in working with the body as a whole, and that self-care is essential to a healthy life! A massage from Hanna combines muscular therapy with myofascial release and mobility work, providing great relief to chronic tension patterns which develop over time. Her sessions are dynamic and deeply healing, and her work addresses specific points of tension while also providing full-body relief and re-alignment. Hanna received her massage training at The Cortiva Institute in 2013 and became certified in Orthopedic Massage in 2017. She believes that the integration of therapeutic bodywork into a conscious lifestyle can be tremendously supportive to the well-being of any individual! Hanna is native to Massachusetts and enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, and playing music.

A student and teacher of the art and science of Yoga for almost 25 years, Stephanie is passionate about bringing an open heart, soul depth, and playful exploration to her classes. She firmly believes in meeting students where they are in their practice. With a BA in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work, she worked professionally in the healthcare and fitness industries before experiencing Yoga in 1999. It was a natural next step for her to practice and study Yoga as it addresses the individual person as a whole being; mind, body, and energy/spirit. She has studied a wide variety of Yoga systems and traditions, receiving her primary certification from the School of Integrative Yoga Therapy in 2006 and is a longtime member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. With an abundance of experience teaching both groups and individuals, as well as diverse and special needs populations ranging from pre-school age to adult, she is committed to teaching how to bring personalized and practical applications of Yoga from classes into daily life for the betterment of overall health and well-being.
Sue Howard was certified in Kripalu yoga as a 200 hour yoga teacher in 2019, certified in Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark in 2021, and has been practicing yoga regularly over 10 years. She enjoys sharing her love of yoga with those who are curious about how this practice can benefit their lives. She especially loves how Yin yoga can calm the mind and increase flexibility and energy flow in the body. Sue has been a registered nurse for 26 years and started the practice as a way to cope with job stress, and found that yoga is truly life changing off the mat. Learning to calm your nervous system is so handy in today's fast paced world, breath-work can be practiced in traffic, body scanning can be done to help you to relax before sleep.
Adriana Tropeano graduated with her 500 hour yoga certification in December of 2019 from Yoga Shakti in Irvine, California. She specializes in Vinyasa, syncing movement with breath to create a holistic practice for the mind and body. By day, Adriana is an elementary school teacher where she specializes in English as a Second Language. She enjoys incorporating Ayurveda into her daily living, traveling as much as possible, and spending time with family and friends.
Beth has been a student of yoga for nearly 15 years, and a yoga teacher since 2019, after graduating from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health's teacher training program. From the very beginning, she knew yoga was so much more than an exercise practice: it has been a way to connect more deeply with myself through all the challenges life has to offer. Along the way, she has had the benefit of excellent teachers and mentors who have shared with me how their lives have been changed for the better through the practice of yoga. There is so much to learn, and Beth loves being both a student and a teacher of yoga.
