
Yoga has been a life‑changing journey for Alicja. After completing her Vinyasa Yoga teacher training, she knew she wanted to share the practice with others. Her classes blend mindful movement, breath, and her own easygoing style to create gentle flows that leave students feeling balanced, refreshed, and at ease. Alongside her grounding Vinyasa approach, Alicja also teaches energizing Yoga Sculpt; a dynamic blend of Vinyasa yoga, strength training, and cardio.
