When you tap on specific energy meridian points, science shows that we release negative emotions quickly and rewire the brain eliminating stress, anxiety, pain and much more.You literally tap into your body’s own energy and ability to heal.Your body is so powerful. Everything is Energy: Mastering the Basics of EFT/Tapping
Come learn the basics of the powerful practice of Tapping. In this session, you will also discover add-ons that allow you to have an even greater release in your body. We will incorporate the importance of Tapping in positive affirmations. Each participant will have an opportunity, if they choose, to do a group Tapping on their personal issue. By Tapping as a group, we create a powerful healing energy together.

Tapping for Stress, Anxiety, and Sleep
Today’s world is riddled with stressors that over a prolonged period of time wreak havoc on our body, our emotions and our spiritual well being. The stress hormone, Cortisol, when continuously activated causes a cascade of changes in the body. Over time, you can feel a growing sense of anxiety and nervousness. This can also have a profound impact on your sleep. Sleep is when our body and mind undergo tremendous healing. Without adequate sleep, multiple systems can be affected. In this session, you will learn how to use EFT to reduce stress, anxiety, and decrease your Cortisol levels. We will also discuss some importance of healthy sleep hygiene and how EFT can help you to restore healthy sleep habits.

Tapping on the limiting belief: I AM NOT ENOUGH
Unfortunately, many of us grow up with countless beliefs about how we are not enough. Not smart enough, not pretty enough, not strong enough, not successful enough. The list goes on and on. Many of these beliefs are learned in very early childhood and carry forward into our different relationships, at home, in the workplace, and with our friends. In an era of social media and photoshop, our feelings of inadequacy are even further heightened. Mothers in today’s world, often have unrealistic expectations of themselves that lead to self-destructive beliefs, shaming behavior, feeling sad, overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed. In this session, we will unpack some of the most common limiting beliefs, and use EFT/Tapping to release them. We will conclude the session by tapping in personal positive affirmations to help rewire your brain for healing and peace.

Suzanne Doiron is a Holistic Psychotherapist and Energy Healer at Truth. She is certified Emotion Code practitioner, Level 2 Reiki practitioner, and practices Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping).  As a holistic healer, her focus is on you as a whole person, body, mind, and spirit and her work with clients can include a number of energy healing practices.
