Sue Howard is a recently certified Kripalu 200 hour yoga teacher and has been a registered nurse for 26 years. She has been practicing yoga regularly since 2012. She started the practice as a way to cope with job stress, and found that yoga is truly life changing off the mat. Learning to calm your nervous system is so handy in today's fast paced world, breath-work can be practiced in traffic, body scanning can be done to help you to relax before sleep. Sue wants to share her love of yoga with those who are curious about how this practice can change their lives.
