Julie has been practicing Reiki since 2016 and had become a Reiki Master and Teacher in 2017. She studied with Libby Barnett, a world-renowned Reiki Master who was instrumental in bringing Reiki into healthcare.
Julie furthered her practice to include chakra balancing using crystals and aromatherapy. Julie loves creating a caring, positive, peaceful environment for her clients.
She enjoys working with people of all ages and has a special interest in helping clients reduce anxiety. She is grateful to be able to help people relieve their stress and tension through the gentle practice of Reiki.
Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping the body to balance itself from a very deep level. Every Reiki session is unique, but all who experience the gift of Reiki have told me they are relaxed, calm, and less stressed afterwards.
