Jodi Briggs, former owner of Yoga on the Common, will make you love yoga and more importantly love yourself! Jodi‘s focus as a teacher is to help you cut out everything that’s not serving you. She encourages you to release negativity built up in your body and mind, allowing for newness to flourish in it's place. Jodi is a believer that yoga is for everybody!

We meditate and understand the power of positive thinking. We recycle, repurpose, and tread lightly on the earth. We exercise, eat organic foods, and believe in the value of holistic wellness. We offer every client respect, empathy, and our full attention. We are passionate about the work we do.
