My name is Elissa Burdick and I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a Master’s Degree in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2010 as a counselor, therapist, and truly found my calling in coaching where I developed a unique approach to support people in taking action to improve their lives.
My coaching is rooted in clinical psychology and elevated by powerful applied mindfulness, strengthening your self-understanding--a key element in deepening your self-compassion--AND giving you practical tools to improve how you relate to your emotions and other people. And you get compassionate accountability every step of the way--not just in session—helping you overcome obstacles and stay on track towards reaching your goals.
