My name is Elissa Burdick and I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a Master’s Degree in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2010 as a counselor, therapist, and truly found my calling in coaching where I developed a unique approach to support people in taking action to improve their lives.

My coaching is rooted in clinical psychology and elevated by powerful applied mindfulness, strengthening your self-understanding--a key element in deepening your self-compassion--AND giving you practical tools to improve how you relate to your emotions and other people. And you get compassionate accountability every step of the way--not just in session—helping you overcome obstacles and stay on track towards reaching your goals.

Wise Mind Wellness Coaching Program

In the Wise Mind Wellness Coaching Program you’ll receive an in-depth level of support and accountability in learning to take action to achieve your mental health and wellness goals, like feeling more confident, reducing anxiety, improving communication in your relationships at work and in your personal life, all while learning how to get out of your own way and make your mind a comfy place to be.

You will learn how to:

  • Use mindfulness in practical ways to break out of auto-pilot mode so you can be more present, in control, and intentional
  • Stop beating yourself up, and instead, give yourself deep compassion when you need it the most
  • Stop second-guessing yourself, getting stuck in exhausting overthinking so you can make decisions you trust, knowing they are based in understanding your feelings and needs
  • Talk yourself into the things you want to do instead of out of them, so you can live a more fulfilling life!

The Wise Mind Wellness Coaching Program includes:

  • 12-weeks of virtual coaching via Zoom
  • The 1st session is 90-minutes, all following sessions are 60-minutes
  • Weekly accountability email check-ins to keep you on track in achieving your goals
  • Weekly homework that we design together based on where you’re at in your wise mind journey and where you want to go
  • Your own Google Drive that will hold your session notes for you to review anytime along with resources that I find for you to support your active learning

Introduction to Wise Mind Wellness Coaching - 90 min - $225 *
12-session package with weekly accountability - 60 min - $1800
Month-to-month continuation with weekly sessions - 60 min - $600
