Beth has been a student of yoga for nearly 15 years, and a yoga teacher since 2019, after graduating from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health's teacher training program. From the very beginning, she knew yoga was so much more than an exercise practice: it has been a way to connect more deeply with myself through all the challenges life has to offer. Along the way, she has had the benefit of excellent teachers and mentors who have shared with me how their lives have been changed for the better through the practice of yoga. There is so much to learn, and Beth loves being both a student and a teacher of yoga.
